To reserve your place on a Fénix Adventuras guided tour, please complete our secure online reservation form (one per participant).
A 15% deposit per person is required to confirm your spot. Payment may be made by:
Credit card
Wise/Venmo transfer
Bank transfer
The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to departure.
For bookings made within 60 days of the tour start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.Failure to receive final payment by the due date will be treated as a cancellation.

Once we receive your reservation form and deposit, you will receive a confirmation email that includes:
An invoice outlining payments received and remaining balance
Our Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
A link to a Guest Questionnaire
The waiver and questionnaire must be completed and returned no later than 60 days prior to departure.
You will also receive a Pre-Departure Information Packet with route-specific guidance on preparation, packing recommendations, and helpful tips to ensure you feel confident and ready for your Camino experience.

A detailed day-by-day itinerary for your selected Camino route

Due to the nature of accommodations along the Camino, single rooms are limited and subject to availability across all routes.
If available, a single supplement fee will apply and is listed in the individual tour itinerary. In some cases, single rooms may be smaller than standard double rooms.If you are traveling solo and would prefer to share a room, we will do our best to pair you with a same-gender roommate.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
No refunds are issued for late arrival, early departure, or unused portions of a tour.We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes.

Fénix Adventuras reserves the right to modify or cancel a tour prior to departure due to unforeseen circumstances, including insufficient participation (minimum 3 guests) or events beyond our control. In such cases, all payments received will be refunded in full. This refund constitutes full settlement, and Fénix Adventuras is not responsible for additional expenses such as non-refundable airfare.
We also reserve the right to accept or decline a guest’s participation at any time. In such cases, liability is limited to the cost of unused services.

If we are notified at least six months prior to departure, your deposit may be transferred to another scheduled Camino tour within one calendar year, subject to availability and without penalty.
Requests made within six months of departure are subject to the cancellation terms above.
Custom or private Camino journeys are designed for specific dates and routes, and any changes may incur a 15% modification fee.

In accordance with local regulations, participants are covered by basic local insurance for the duration of their Camino tour.
We strongly recommend purchasing additional travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage.Policies should be purchased shortly after booking, as many providers impose time limits for coverage eligibility.
