WELCOME TO FÉNIX ADVENTURAS

Your Journey to Santiago Begins Here

Thank you for choosing Fénix Adventuras! We are honored to guide you on this life-changing trek to Santiago de Compostela. Our goal is to handle the logistics so you can focus on the path ahead.

What To Know

  • To ensure your place on the trail, please follow this schedule:

Deposit: A $500 per person deposit is required at the time of booking.

Final Balance: Due 60 days before your tour departure date.

Late Bookings: If you join us within 60 days of departure, the full amount is due upon registration.

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bank Transfers, and Wise.

  • To ensure your safety and comfort, we require two documents to be returned 60 days prior to your start date:

    1. Assumption of Risk / Liability Waiver: Signed by each participant.

    2. Guest Questionnaire: This helps us manage your dietary requirements and rooming preferences.

Once final payment and forms are received, you will receive your Final Pilgrim’s Kit, including a detailed daily itinerary and hotel contact list.

  • We understand that plans can change. However, because we prepay our boutique accommodations and local partners, the following fees apply to all cancellations (made in writing):

Days Before Departure — Cancellation Fee (% of Trip Price)

    121+ Days 10%

    120 – 61 Days 20%

    60 – 31 Days 50%

30 Days or Less 100% (No Refund)

IMPORTANT: We strongly advise purchasing comprehensive Trip Cancellation & Interruption Insurance. This protects your investment should you need to cancel for medical or personal reasons.

  • The Camino offers unique, historic accommodations where space is often limited.

Single Rooms: Available on a first-come, first-served basis for an additional fee.

Solo Travelers: If you wish to avoid the supplement, we will do our best to pair you with a same-gender roommate. If no roommate is available, the single supplement may apply.

  • At Fénix Adventuras, we believe in "Slow Travel." By walking the ancient trails, supporting local Galician farmers, and staying in family-run inns, we ensure your pilgrimage leaves a positive impact on the local culture and environment.
